How much do I charge?

Initial consultation (20 minutes): free of charge

I offer both short‑term and long‑term psychotherapy, online and in person.

• Counselling (50‑minute session):

  • £60 for weekly appointments

  • £70 for lower‑frequency appointments

Session length can be discussed and adapted to your needs.

• Supervision:

  • £60 per hour

  • Session length can be tailored to individual or training requirements

  • Concessionary rates are available for trainees.

• Training:

  • 40 per hour

  • Listening to recordings and the time required to produce written feedback are charged at the same hourly rate.

How Long Does an Engagement Last?

Therapy and supervision are unique to each person. Some people attend for a short period to work through a specific difficulty, while others choose longer‑term work. We will review your needs together and adapt the work as we go.
