Where do we begin?
We'll start with a free phone consultation (20 minutes) to discuss your needs and to answer your questions.
How much do I charge?
I offer both long term and short term psychotherapy, online and in-person.
A therapeutic hour (50 minutes) of counselling is £70 for weekly appointments and £80 for a lower frequency.
The length of the session can be discussed and adjusted to your own needs.
The initial consultation (20 minutes) is free of charge.
Supervision sessions fees are £60/hour, the length of the session can be tailored to your needs. Concessionary rates for trainees are available.
How Long Does an Engagement Last?
Therapy is unique to each person. We will tailor your sessions to your individual needs.
What is my highest qualification?
I have been conferred a Master of Science in Person-Centred Counselling with Commendation by the University of Aberdeen.
I am currently studying for a Professional Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Chester.
What do I specialised in?
Since qualifying I have gained in-depth knowledge of the experience of Boarding School and the challenges many people who are ex-boarders and their loved ones, might face.
I have also produced academic work about bilingualism in psychotherapy and have regularly worked with immigrants.
As an immigrant myself, I have appreciation of the unique challenges of living in a country different than the one of birth and upbringing and to be operating daily in a second language.
I also have significant experience in working with neurodiversities.
What languages do I offer counselling and supervision in?
I speak English and Italian and I am trained to work with interpreters.
