Where do we begin?
We begin with a free 20‑minute phone consultation. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what has brought you to therapy or supervision, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you. There is no obligation to proceed beyond this initial conversation.

How Long Does an Engagement Last?
Therapy and supervision are unique to each person. Some people attend for a short period to work through a specific difficulty, while others choose longer‑term work. We will review your needs together and adapt the work as we go.
What do I specialise in?
My work is grounded in a person‑centred approach and shaped by several interconnected areas of experience and interest.
A significant and growing focus of my practice is working with neurodivergent clients. I have substantial experience supporting individuals with a range of neurodivergent ways of experiencing the world, and my most recent academic work is dedicated to deepening this understanding. I am committed to offering a therapeutic space that is respectful, inclusive, and responsive to different cognitive, emotional, and sensory needs.
I also have longstanding experience and expertise in working with individuals affected by boarding school experiences, including former boarders and those close to them, exploring the lasting emotional and relational impacts this can have.
Alongside this, my clinical and academic work reflects a strong interest in culture, migration, and language. I have undertaken research on bilingualism in psychotherapy and have extensive experience supporting immigrants. As an immigrant myself, I bring a lived understanding of the complexities of adapting to life in a different country and navigating emotional experience across languages.
Do I belong to any Membership Body?

What languages do I offer counselling and supervision in?
I offer counselling and supervision in both English and Italian. I am trained to work therapeutically with interpreters, supporting clients and supervisees who may feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their first language. Clients who wish to work with an interpreter are asked to arrange an independent, suitably qualified interpreter.
